Community members are invited to review and provide input to help shape the proposed procurement bylaw

The City wants your input on proposed amendments to the purchasing bylaw, which outlines how the municipality purchases goods and services.

The proposed changes have been developed by leading experts and would modernize the City’s current bylaw to ensure its compliance with trade treaties, to provide more flexibility in approaches to procurement, and to incorporate principles that will support the inclusion of sustainable and environmental considerations in the evaluation of supplier proposals.

We need your input on the updated bylaw. Get involved by 4 p.m. on July 8.
