CFRC is hiring a Production Coordinator Work Study Position

CFRC is hiring 4 Work study positions for a start date of September 12th, one of which is a Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator works with CFRC's Business Manager to coordinate production of commercial advertisements, station promos, station ID's and public service announcements. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing, voicing, recording, and producing these elements for broadcast.

In order to do this position you must be a student in any program and qualify for work study, this is a fall & winter position with a cumulative total of 160 hours. 


Tasks for this position would include: 
-Writing, recording and editing station promos, advertisements, and station ID's.
-Working with CFRC's Business Manager to ensure content is clear, concise and creative.
-Working with the Business Manager to ensure client satisfaction with produced advertisements.
-Sending finished products to the Business Manager and/or clients for final approval.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
-strong oral and written communication skills
-self-motivation and an ability to work as part of a team
-familiarity with audio editing software such as Audacity and Reaper
-experience with community or commercial radio
-ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-strong creative skills
